these virtual tours are fantastic in my opinion! Thank you!
To make this virtual tour better I would like to have a map that says "You Are Here" like a mall map. It should point to where you are in Alcatraz at any given moment. Have this secondary blueprint map next to the photos and that way you don't get confused about where you are in relation to the photos.
Tank You from Italy
Outstanding project, but why aren't there any high resolution photos? 800x600 is simply too small.
I would buy a high resolution CD/DVD in an instant.
:)
Thank you, dear friends !
Your support is very important for me !
MORE! Your virtual tours rock! I loved all of them- I am a huge fan of yours. Don't stop!!!
I visited Muir Woods as a young teenager and loved it. I still have some postcards from when I was there. I am now in my 50's and still love it. These are some beautiful pictures.
We came on Monday the 25th the red wood trees are beautiful. We are from Virginia and if we make it back to CA I would love to visit again. And for 2 adults it was only $10 so it was not overly expensive. We really enjoyed visiting the red woods. :)
Very nice.
Very nise
Please can you send me a photo of O'Brien bell?

The Crater Lake tour is great! Here's a video from our tour of it:

Very nice! Clicking through the virtual tour provides an interesting perspective on hiking in Muir Woods National Monument.
Neat ,great tour of ship . Since I live on the east coast , it is nice to see the ship without having to travel , the SS Jeremiah O'Brien . But what about the Armed Guard quarters aft . Do you have something against the United States Naval Armed Guard that you didn't show there quarters inside and outside ? Please update your wonderful tour with this addition for the AG Veterans of WWII . Sincerely thank you .
This has got to be the most annoying virtual tour there is. I keep getting the same 5 images.
Can you go fishing here or is this own by the port
Thank you, I am studying this in school and this has been a big help
Is it possible I can use one of photoes of your set it looks beautiful.
Please get in touch on my email, i want to purchase Alcatraz CD but have a question,
comment1,
I was wondering if there is any kind of fee for visiting this beach? Are there certain hours in which tourists can go? I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer there questions for me asap, some friends and I wanted to visit this beach during the weekend..
:)
I got this error either by FF / IE:
Exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: YesSanFrancisco11.class
the virtual tour was very enjoyable. i had been to golden bridge, just a few days ago, i saw this tour today. i felt as if i was there just like a few days ago--- sort of relived that experience again thanks for putting it up
god bless vai
the tour was perfect i found everthing that i wasnted to know about the alcatraz tanks 4 this website its knard
I have been told that my family first came to San Francisco in 1835 and settled in the Twin peaks area. I was told that the family had a Spanish grant that included all the land between the Peaks to the pacific.
My point is, could you include a compass reading next to the photos that would give a viewer an idea where they are looking.
We loved the tour. the trees and foliage are spectacular. We loved being there.
This is an awesome site! My husband is in prison and I was searching for some lighthouses to send him so he could enter a drawing contest. I did not know (until now) that Alcatraz had a lighthouse! Then I discovered this cool website! Anyone capture pictures or voices of ghosts on these tours?

This is really quite well done. I'm glad that this place of history has been kept alive despite it's "Dark Image". Would it be possible to have tours through some of the famous inmate cells? Is the dungeon too unsafe to take a tour to? What/Where did the families live? Thank you so much for the visual tour....man, it gives me the creeps to think of surviving this place! I hate to think of the mind(s) that created Alcatraz; talk about creepers!! Keep up the great work. -- Dear Margo,
Hi, great site, but could not find any pictures of the hospital or Robert Stroud's "Birdman of Alcatraz" cell which I visited? perhaps its a newly opened section? -- Hospital area was considered too dangerous for visiting when this tour was made. -- Click
:)
I USED TO LIVE IN sAN fRANCIO AND WOULD JUST LIKE TO REVISIT SOME OF THE PLACES I remembered.Thank-you for letting me
:)
Hi, Igor,
I enjoy your photos of SF. They give me many pleasant memories. Over 35 years ago, I was an intern doctor at SF General. From time to time, I'm there for a conference. Would it be hard for you to timestamp your photos .. at least year or month / year. Secondly, I emailed you a picture of a white tower seen off to the left going down California at Powell standing below the Mark Hopkins. Can you figure it out? What? and where? Thanks Fred

Make the screen bigger to make it easier to see.
:)
Beautiful tour my first time seeing this location and now I want to visit in person. Thank you.
nice
I can't seem to get any "virtual tours", on this site, to operate! I do find a lot of semi sequential photos that are nice, but hardly a virtual tour. I shoot 360's for a living (sort of) and have never had a problem with these VT sites. What am I doing wrong?
A native West Virginian, now retired in Huntington, I spent my high school sophomore year attending the former boys-only St Ignatius Prep School 1944-45. Its replacement is still on Stanyan St, around the corner from Fulton where we had a 2nd-floor flat. Dad was in the Navy Seabees. It was the most memorable year of my life because of the scenic wonders of SF (seen as a 15-yr-old from "back East." Even the city has changed with the times, your virtual tour stirred my memory of scenes & locations. Of course, in the 1940s the newer lifestyle & ultra-liberal politics weren't so dominant.
I have never been outside of Mississippi but if there was one place I could travel to and see it would defenitley be San Fransisco. Virtual tour great - recently visited San Francisco and did a night tour of Alcatraz - you did a terrific job with this.
I loved this website! I had to use it for school and it was very enjoyable!
hi i am a senior in high school right now and this is very coooolllll
hi i am a senior in high school right now and this is very coooolllll
Hi I am currently a high school student and I was assigned a geometry project to do on the Golden Gate Bridge. Our project needs to include at least five detailed pictures of our chosen structure, and i chose the golden gate bridge. Therefore, i am asking for your permission to use some of your photos.
Please email me back your permission (weather it is a yes or a no)as quickly as possible :D
thank you!
Great Site!!! Loved it... Thanks!!! :-)
Hi your was well done, except for not one picture of Vista Point on the north side! i've hunted the web looking for pictures from that viewpoint, none. weird. thats the spot someone took our picture. we walked the little visitor center and such but no photos. thank you. rupert I wanted to see the SF Exploratorium but could not find it on your otherwise nice site. Can I get help on this? Thank you so much for wonderful pictures! I sent them to my friends in Europe.
Great site!!!! I am planning a trip to San Francisco and this is a wonderful tool!!! I feel like I have been there already!!! Thank you. Great site, if you could label the pictures so we know what we're looking at it would be even better. I'm having my students do the virtual tour since we're reading Al Capone Does My Shirts and they are very interested in Alcatraz.
Thanks for a great site
We married in san francisco city hall on 8/8/2008. What a fantastic city you have. We went to alcatraz too and lots of wonderful sights, we hope to come back and visit on our anniversary the people were very welcoming and friendly. Hi thanks for this great tour,me and my 11r old daughter are just amazed...we would never be able to visit alcatraz EVER!!! i wish the rest of the world could be at our fingertips...thank you for the dream of a lifetime experience. Its sad and dark but at the same time its very exciting.
-Gail (the mum)
Hi that tour of alcatraz was creepy! The red stuff on the wall looked like blood and i was getting quite scared! It was interesting though, seeing how all those people lived in there! I'd like to go there one day if i get the chance. :)
-Olivia (11yr daughter) I plan on visiting Alcatraz very soon. It's a place I've always wanted to see. Brilliant website, made me want to go even more!!!!

I really enjoyed your tour , I lived on Alcatraz in the 60s with my children while my husband was employed at Alcatraz so I really enjoyed seeing pictures of the barraks where we once lived . Thanks for the memories
so did morris escaped or was found dead
Amazing! San Francisco is a beautiful city. It makes you happy. No matter where you are or who your with in San Francisco, With every view it's breath taking. :) This is a very good site. My family was talking about it!! Thanks!!!!!!
Hi my wife and i done Alkatraz in 1996 for my 40th birthday the whole day was fantastic.I could feel some thing there. I do have a suggestion how about renting cells out for a night to a group of people and realy get the feel of the Prison a guard walking around his foot steps the cold the dark etc. Hi,
I am looking for a battery site with relatively conveniently located (publicly accessible) restrooms nearby. Any suggestions?
I am a volunteer at the Florida Holocaust Museum and traveling to San Franciso. I am interested if a Holocaust Museum exists in San Francisco Ich bin begeistert von diesem Rundgang mit der Camera,...tolle Sache ! WOW,,that was neat, I have never been out to see Alcatraz, my husband has. It helped to get some kind of idea,,I hope to see it in person some day. Thank You!!
This is just fantastic.
I am coming in april to san francisco and want to know how get I the best view to the golden gate bridge and where can I get the places? can you tell me some adresses Very cool. Brings back some great memories of past trips and helps me plan to make new ones on the next visit.

I serendipitously found this site. What a treat it is to take a virtual tour! I am leaving my email address to be notified of your next tour.
***** subscribe!
i love the bridge, thank you for this tour. Someday i'll see it on my own, i hope and then i'll tell you about real tour:) but thank you, thank you, thank you;) I USED TO LIVE AT 1417 CLEMENT ST., AND I WORKED AT THE FEDERAL BLDG. ON 450 GOLDEN GATE AVE., COULD YOU PLEASE SHOW ME THOSE SITES, AS I AM HEARTBROKEN AT HAVING TO LEAVE SAN FRANCISCO, IN 1971, I LONG FOR THE DAY I CAN SEE THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH
i think that it is really cool. but it is no place that i wouild want to grow up in. but it is so cool, and so full of facts. and i wish that one day i can see it in real life. but my class is reading a book about alcatraz, and i wanted to see pictures. they are cool.
i was looking for this site along for a scool project!!!! thanks
this was an awesome tour!!!!!!!:)
i was wondering if we need permission to get married thier?
This tour is awesome and the photographs outstanding; will surely visit SF next time we visit the USA.
I have been looking for sites like this for a long time. Thank you! Just got home from a Marine Corps reunion in Pacifica. Only had a couple of days to see San Francisco so your tours really help to see more at any time. Thanks.
Thank you for making san francisco real - I have had pictures inside my head from reading armistead maupins 'tales of the city' books but until now could never translate them into reality. Breathtaking! Would love to see Grace cathedral and Nob Hill! awsome photo tour. I went to Alcatraz a year ago and didnt get to see all of these places. quick question, were u able to access the dungeon cells through the entrance located by a block. Thank you. I wish I'd found this site earlier since my son is in college at SFAI. This would have brought him closer even if only virtually. We will visit, though, in 2 weeks, so this site helps in planning our adventures. Great site! I think your virtual tour online should walk itself and take away all the arrows because I tried to show this site to my 5th grade class and they got confused from all the arrows so please take this advice to make the site better. It was a good site ither than that little problem. Thank You for your time.
I think that what you said about Julian Beevers drawings were wrong. He is an amazing drawer and you could benefit from him. I personal perfere him over you any day. The things on your web-site are not very original.
that's pretty cool, i can see how you came upon it, it definitely gives a sense of depth. Nice work
I am interested in signing up for the Bridge and community walk across.
I love San Francisco and I am going to visit it in 2009 when I turn 10 years old!
Awsome. Thanks.
have u actually personally ever seen ghosts in the prsion when its supposed to be locked up and noone in there? or are you guys just making it up
It was a great tour on this great historical monument ov US.Always, when i visit S.F, i also visit ISLAND OF PELICANS(ALCATRAZ).
Also is nice to watch islad thrue the virtual guide on this www pages.
Till next visit, virtual or live.....NASVIDENJE IN LEP POZDRAV IZ SLOVENIJE. I am reading the book, Someone is Hiding on Alcatraz Island by Eve Bunting in my homeroom ELA class and my teacher and I would have to recomend it to all of your younger or teen readers. It is a very good book!!!
You discovered the art of mathemetical differentiation and found the whole is not the sum of its parts but more! However, a cartoon or movie (moving only left to right), has unfortunately already advanced your idea to a higher level - don't stop at two frames, don't just move left to right. Let's not make too much of something discovered long ago and has been adapted on a more usefull scale seven decades ago... You sound a little like you have discovered the wheel and invented rubber too. The debate you speak of is not about the idea - it is about your conception of your idea which, although interesting, is not original.
like to thank you for having this tour online , Im a history buff and enjoy learning about our countrys past . Do to your site i learned alot about Alcatraz from your site Thank you
Looks good. I've ordered a CD. This isn't just entertainment for me -- I'm retiring and looking for the right place to settle into. This is very helpful stuff. I live in Salem, volunteer at the evergreen aviation museum where Howard Hughs Spruce Goose aircraft is on display -- the reason the plain was 1st planned and built (completed after the war)because german subs were sinking the liberty ship faster than they could build them- then the navy got involved--am building a model Liberty ship now -- Does anything remain of the WW II Coastal Artillery Bunkers that stretched from Point Bonita to the other side of Rodeo
Lagoon? And is the one-way tunnel still the only way to get
to these locations? I spent time with the Army's Missle
Artillery on that peninsular in the late fifties (Ft. Barry,
Ft. Kronkite and Mendell Area) and yes, "I Left My Heart
There". Howdy from the Lone Star State!
My wife and I are both impressed with what you've done. She's a former orthoptist (eye therapist), and I've been a photojournalist and TV reporter. So we can appreciate your site and the points you're making. It seems to us that the simulated 3D effect is far more impressive when there are no extraneous objects intruding (such as people or vehicles entering and exiting the frame). This would make a wonderful teaching tool in a number of settings. I have visited San Francisco in 2001. Your virtual tour
has brought back to me behind in the past. What a beautiful moments.
San Francisco Opera House
AWESOME site! Thanks for all your time and dedication - keep up the good work - how about adding the mural walk? I really have enjoyed the Virtual Tour Of Alcatraz. Its very cool but you guys should have some audio as to what im looking at with the photo's on The Virtual Tour? Other then that its very much worth seeing it online as i did enjoy this Tour the Virtual Tour Of Alcatrz Island too!Well thanks take care and bye! PS? Were the heck did? Clint Eastwood shoot that bad man @,on Alcatraz Island by the way? When he was running down the hall way? Long live Dirtyharry dude!
Wonderful job. I have no knowledge to give suggestions. May God bless You.
None of the links to the Pacific Ocean Coast worked. Couldn't see any pictures!
I loved the pictures above. I am thinking of moving to San Francisco; seeing the pictures makes me more anxious to move there and start my new life.
I first visited in 1974. The online tour is a reminder of the magical time we had there.
Well i was in class and our teacher read us the story of Alcatraz i wasen't interest but then i was i started to pay more attention to the story .I got home and loged on to the web and saw the pictures of Alcatraz and i loved it.I wanted to cry because so much things happend in Alctraz and now poeple from all over the world hear from it and come and visit Alcatraz. When i get older im gonna go and visit Alcatraz and check out the interesting things they have.Keep up the good work people and remember Alcatraz!!
I got the link to your website <...> -- I have moved the discusison about sidewalk perspective art to the page where it belongs: SBC Park ..
u need the mission district and japan town/fillmore on your tours
Best Site ever!
You can use this for
*virtual house tours for new home buyers/renters
*virtual site visits for tourist places
Start Marketing Igor!- Your product has what it takes
I visited san francisco just over a year ago and the tour is about the same routes that we took when there. The pictures are the same as the ones we took. Its nice to revisit just by sitting in my front room!Ta
I have had several visits to your site and taken the tour over the bridge many times. One day we hope to walk across it for real, as we live really close to the Forth Bridge here in Scotland. We like to take the short drive and stand under that and marvel at the old rail bridge, just take it all in.
Hope to see you in the future, great site you have here.
Cheers,
G.Smith.
Just got back from touring the West Coast one of the stops on the tour was San Francisco which was wonderful. Took time to visit Alcatraz and having been there and seen it recently I think your website is wonderful, gives a great overview of what it really looks like.
I like your site
Nice site! Black and white pictures are so sensitive and elegant, the contrast between snow and buildings are amazing! It feels so nostalgic!
Russia is such an interesting place!
Greetings from Brazil,

HOWEVER, we would love to see the Archimenes(sp?)newly uncovered manuscript that is being x-rayed and posted via The Exploratorium. How do we go about seeing that? I just read about it over the internet this morning on American Online? Our Email Address is : Longshores@aol.com Thanks So Very Much!! well done...!
please email me tour times -- Any time :) Come and visit San Francisco virtually any time ! Your site is amazing. I am from Belgium (Europe) and I visited all this 3 years ago, with my belated husband. I could not hold my tears when I saw these pictures, all those places where we were still so happy then. My husband passed away a few months later.
Thank you for these beautiful memories.
Sorry for my poor Englisch but my mothertongue is French.
Riet
I have moved to Saramento and this site was like a homecoming! I used to run up and down these paths and down the hill to my apartment. Thanks for making it possible to remember the time I actually LIVED here!
Your site is better than all maps I've seen (I am a cartographer) because it gives me a better impression of what i'll be seeing when i'll go back to your beautifull city. See you for the third time in september, frendly people of San Francisco.
I think a small map of the tour could help to plan for how long you will walk. Thanks!
I want to visit California and this is perfect for planning the visit, thanks!(Girona,Catalonia, Spain)
WOW i am gobsmacked i have tried several virtual tours but yours is the best very very special. well done to you this page is really a credit to you.amazing!!
wow! what a wonderful site for me. I'm an Aussie coming to visit you in September. This is a great help for planning sight seeing
Your virtual tours is great!! I never been is San Francisco and I suppose never will be. So I glad that I can see this. It's amazing. I love internet...and I from Poland.Thanks.
Where's Haight Ashbury?
It brought back memories of our trip last year and the plans/preparations for this Sept..back to Fisherman wharf
and Holiday Inn.
salyt
We are all looking forward to a great season in 2006. And we will best. Thank you for the site, added to favorites
The pictures brought back many happy memories of my holiday.
keep creating... Kris
i was visiting alcatraz in the summer of '05 with a group called People To People Student Ambassador Program. i loved learning about the history of alcatraz and ecspecially Al Caopne the worlds most bad convict and gangster from Chicago. i really enjoyed walking in some of the cells and seeing the fake people some of the escapees made trying to get out of alcatraz. so i actually LOVED going to alcatraz and hopefully get to go there again and show my family all the cells and where Al Capone lived.
Your virtual tour is great. I was in San Francisco in 2003(my honeymoon). I love it, and this tour lets me see the city one more time. I wanna go to San Francisco yet but I cant because I live in Spain and the trip is very expensive. Ill go someday and itll be wonderful. Congratulations for your work and your country! Both are great. M Dolores
Thanks for this. I don't travel anywhere and it's great to see these sites. They are Beautiful! You feel like you're there. Thanks for making them and please make more. I love them!
Amazing website. I'm in Toronto and have never been so now I feel like I know a little more about SF.
a friend is getting married on bakers beach this weekend just wanted to see, thank you for your very compulsive to view
site!
Is there such a thing as a Dark Passage tour. I know that 1360 Montgomery Street was Lauren Bacall's apartment in that film.
These are fantastic pictures. I lived in Stockton for 12 years, and went to San Francisco often...I love it there. Especially the weather! So nice and cool. Wonderful website....Keep it up....
It was nice to see my old hometown I sure miss the oceanviews and the restaurants!
Alcatraz is must have been so brutal but there must be another tour about it and gets in better descripition and one that u dont have 2 click
The Music Concourse is wonderful. My heart is permently in San Francisco. Thank You
Very nice, we were in San Francisco for only 6 hours on Monday and we went to Alcatraz, and this is like being there all over again!
Beautiful selection! I can't wait to visit your lovely city.
this is quite an excellent tour one of the best i have seen for a while however some type of written explanation on what we are looking at might help as i am australian and never will be able to afford the luxury of visiting your fair city. thank you a again and keep up the good work kg130682@tpg.com.au
I think the "wiggle" thing is stupid. I don't know what your point is. I can achieve the same effect in Adobe Photoshop. What is the big deal with what you are doing? - What is the point? Here, the Castle Crags example. If it is not a point - then there is no point. I think this site is great. Best thing I've seen in years.
Wonderful idea. Great memories of places we've wandered over the years. Thank you. We look forward to being able to purchase the CD-ROM when more are available.
What a beautiful site! Very well done.. my gosh, it boggles my mind to even think about putting together something like this. You are very creative, and very patient! I have only one tiny personal issue. I was doing research on Alcatraz when I found your site, I have a kind of distant relative who died escaping, and your site seemed so "cheery" hehe. I have never been to the prison, and expected it to look dungeony and creepy, I guess. And it was strange seeing all the happy tourists milling about in the well lit cell blocks. Again, GREAT SITE!!!!! :)
Bright Blessings, Lotus
Are you planning to re-make some places in San Francisco to create more bigger (640x480 - vga is little too small for today's standards) stereo type tours with smaller "steps" between each location? It should fit DVD Dual Layer (8GB if I remember correctly), and pictures should not be smaler than 1024x768 (standard for 15'-17' displays). Ah... And your java aplet doesn't work correctly on newest Opera browser (8.54 and 8.52) - I cannot use keyboard to show where to click, turn on/off stereo and auto tour and use esc as back button - Moreover - z key is assigned to "step backard" in my browser!
It is an excellent page.
It helps me know more about the bridge.
San Francisco is a beautiful place. If I can convince my wife, we will move there. Your virtual tour is not the same as being in Frisco, obviously, but it helps me to relive the short time I spent there. I enjoy the virtual tour very much.
Greetings,
That would be just great when a new tour is ready.
I am unsure when my guests are to visit, soon I hope.
Thank you.
Greetings,

Thank you.
This is one of the smartest things ever done, I only wish they had one for every city in the world or as much as they can have. I bought the cd and can't wait to get it in the mail and I am a san franciscan. I just figured if I was going someplace I've never been like the sf museam I can find it on the cd and won't get lost when it's time to go. Terrific !!
I don't think you understand the theroy behind stereo photography. Unlike animation there are two images displayed at the SAME time, which were taken at the same time.... - I have moved this large post and my answer to the Wiggling Stereo discussion at my blog, please, leave your comments about it there.
I would like to see photos looking out toward the vast Pacific Ocean.
I took the virtual tour. It's fabulous. I hope to visit you city some day soon. When I do I will be sure to make a stop at "The Rock". I've been interested in the prison for many years. Thanks for the great tour.
Is this hard to do Hi,
I love your site. I can tell it has taken several million hours to compile, but it looks like a labor of love.
Our son uses a power wheelchair. Please tell me whether or not Battery East and Battery Spencer are wheelchair accessible? (Or, where can I find such info?)
I hope you have resources to continue this beautiful work!
Thank you,
Mark Snow
Woodland Park, CO
Nice photos! But...
"Wiggling" is NOT stereo, just as listening to a CD through only ONE speaker is NOT stereo. Just stick with anaglyph or stereo pairs if you want to show true stereo. "Wiggling" is not a stereo format - and is quite annoying. It's important that people are not misled into believing it is stereo. Thanks!
I never been in San Francisco before, but iam trying to find a lost friend from there
ROBERT WALLACE,we met each other in Botafogo beach ,Rio de janiero,Brazil in 1998 in one onlive show
he is lawyer, very tall man, curly almost blond hair and plays classic guitar, if please someone knows somebody with this history please contact me
thanks
I think you could make it better by making pictures bigger.
easy to use
I'we just been on Alcatraz. Your site is amazingly good.
I just love your virtual tours,as far as I'm concerned, they are the best on the entire internet.
My favourite is the "Muir Woods Virtual Tour" I find that one so relaxing. Next to that the "Golden Gate Park" then "Alamo Sq". Thanks to the little arrows you can take different route every time,it's so realistic. THANKYOU
You say the thing missing with places like SFCis a sense of history,I have been all over old europe, but thats it its old, nowhere has ever made an impression upon me like SFC,one really does leave ones heart there, please look after it,youll never find the like anywhere else.
Your tour outdoes the framboise781.free.fr\Paris.htm tour of Paris by far! and does Justin Herman justice.
Great site, I like it
You should have a none java version.
i think the music was gorgeous you should make it a bit longer
Now that I am back in the snowy north, I really enjoy "re-visiting" San Francisco thru the virtual tour. I can hear the sea lions and almost smell the crab stands. I'd love to see a photo of Grace Cathedral and City Lights bookstore, those were two memorable destinations and my photos did not turn out. What a beautiful, clean and diverse city! Stumbled apon this website by accident there a wee while ago. Photographs and the virtual tours are amazing. Brilliant reminded of my stay in San Francisco last summer and it has shown me things that I need to see when i go back out again to my family this year! Keep up the great work,

Hi
This is really exciting. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! I would really like to visit SF in person some day.
Can you tell me how you technically did it - and if you would do it differently in hindsight? I got your link from http://www.redbugtech.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=50&sid=c2494a543494f54179ccb5f2be3953cf
Greetings from Canada
Dear Igor,
Your pictures are great! The tours are fantastic, very well thought out, tasteful, informative, and just beautiful.
You did a great job to take pictures with sharp image. Whew! I am curious what kind of camera did you take all of them. I admire your pictures. I am telling you.

Wow, what a great site. I think I've just spent about an hour and a half reliving my last trip. I'd love to see one that shows more of the Presidio.
Thank you very much, I don't have the money to visit California and you gave me the chanche to do that. Thanks again.
it was cool
Thanks for this site! Great work! I just returned from San Francisco myself, having been part of a 10-man burial detail for a soldier who fell in Iraq. It was really great to spend some time in the city and especially at Alcatraz (SPEND time, not DO time!). Great work!
WOW!! Absolutely amazing use of modern technology. Well done. I have just got back from SF & you have captured so much of its beauty & diversity. I felt as though I was back there again. It is great to see everything again and in such detail including stuff we didn't get time to see like the Golden Gate bridge & with naration as well. I must admit I did get a bit lost on the Alamo tour but got the gist of it. Thanks so much.
very bad and confusing. Difficult to use and get lost very easily. Didn't enjoy.
I LOVE THIS IDEA.I FEEL AS IF IVE BEEN THERE.I WANT TO SEE IT FPR REAL EVEN MORE NOW.THANK-YOU
Can you think you can ad the san francisco opera house on the 60 more tours link
That was fun. First time for stereo. IT added to tour in a most positive manner. Thank you for your work. I'll be glad to come back for another tour.
Helped me a lot!!!! Especially the large san fransisco images. Do you have plans to make such 360" photographs of other main cities in the US?

this is very beautiful and helps to get a feel for the city.
Enjoyed the tour of San Francisco immensely! So far the only one of its kind that I've come across. Very lengthy too, which was an added bonus. Thought I knew a lot about S.F., but after this visit my knowledge has increased. Thanks so much!
I am the author of the up coming thriller Target Golden Gate and your virtual tours helped me with images of some of the central features of the story...Thank You.

I've been to San Francisco 3 weeks ago and I have great pictures. I can send them to you if you want.
If I wasn't homesick before seeing your website, I am VERY MUCH homesick now! Lived in Vallejo for 20 + years, and visited SF as much as I could. Beautiful pictures of my favorite city! Thanks!
I love this -----just spent hours on my virtual tour. Spent many wonderful visits with my husband, in San Francisco , seeing friends and family who are lucky enough to be living there. My most favorite place in the world!~
I love it, I am from there and going through those pictures just took my down memory lane! thanks! but you should also do Union street and hate/ashbury and pacific heights!

Do you have a picture of a bronze obelisk that is supposed to be the right of the entrance of the Legion of Honor museum, below the balustrade on the grass somewhere. It is in honor of a Mrs. Lambert, who built a homeless shelter in the 1880s. Thank you.
